

I have to admit that he wasn’t my favorite trainer at first because the first Shaun T program that I ever did was INSANITY and even though I complete it, I wanted to reach through the TV and strangle him because it was so hard. There is something about the way he pushes people to go beyond what they never thought they could achieve and that just blows my mind.

While the programs he has created and put out on DVD (Hip Hop Abs, Rockin Body, INSANITY, and most recent Focus T25) are different in style they are also so incredibly effective because of his training personality. Seriously, he is by far the most motivating and inspiring trainer in the fitness world PERIOD. I’ve heard Shaun T talk on this particular subject before and I get asked this question a lot so I thought it would be a great blog post to touch base on it.
